Top agent Heather Domi rejoins Douglas Elliman in Manhattan
More familiar faces are returning to Douglas Elliman. After announcing the return of Natalie Passerini, who will serve as the firm’s new chief marketing officer, the brokerage announced that Heather Domi and her team will be returning to the firm after more than seven years at Compass.
The Heather Domi Team serves clients in and around Manhattan.
In a press release, the company said it was excited to benefit from Domi’s agent counsel, market insight and industry advocacy as it looks to enter a new period of growth and redevelopment.
“Heather brings a rare combination of market mastery, integrity, and leadership,” Michael Liebowitz, the president and CEO of Douglas Elliman, said in a statement. “She has earned the respect of clients and peers alike through decades of thoughtful advocacy and disciplined execution. The work we have done in 2025 is taking hold while positioning 2026 as a year for significant worldwide growth, Heather’s perspective and experience will be an important asset.”
Earlier in Domi’s career, she spent six years brokered at Douglas Elliman. Domi said her time at Compass reinforced the values of collaboration, consistency and shared professional standards, and it informed her decision to return to Douglas Elliman.
“For me, this is a return grounded in purpose,” Domi said in a statement. “Douglas Elliman has always represented the gold standard of luxury brokerage in New York and throughout the country. Under Michael’s leadership, the firm is thoughtfully building a firm for the future while honoring its legacy.
“After many years of growth, innovation, and industry investment, it’s exciting to see what is happening at Elliman and to be a part of its brilliant future.”
In addition to leading a top-producing team, Domi is also a founding chair of the New York Residential Agent Continuum (NYRAC), and she has previously served on the Residential Board of Directors of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
At Douglas Elliman, Domi and her team will be part of the brokerage’s sports and entertainment division.
In 2024, Domi’s team, which consisted of three licensed agents, closed seven transactions for a total sales volume of $30.01 million, according to RealTrends Verified data.
