Collov AI, Side partner on virtual staging tools for agents

Collov AI, an artificial intelligence (AI) platform for home design, announced a partnership with Side, a white-label real estate brokerage platform.

The move expands access to Collov AI’s staging and visualization tools for Side’s network of more than 500 boutique real estate companies — with tools available through the Side Marketplace and its agent community platform.

The partnership aims to support more than 3,700 Side agents by enabling them to create photorealistic, professionally designed spaces from uploaded photos.

Collov AI’s platform allows customizable design styles and can generate video walkthroughs from the same images.

Agents using the platform can reduce staging time by up to 70% and traditional staging costs by up to 90%, leaders said.

Since its launch in 2017, Side has grown into California’s top brokerage by average production per agent — placing among the top 10 brokerages nationally on the RealTrends Verified rankings in each of the past two years.

Collov AI serves more than 1 million users in more than 100 countries.
